Cumberland County Code Blue is an initiative designed to protect homeless citizens of Cumberland County from frigid and hazardous winter weather conditions. Presently Code Blue is offered in three major municipalities (Vineland, Millville and Bridgeton), and operates from November thru April each year. Annual Stuff the Truck
What is Stuff the Truck?
Stuff the Truck is an annual
event designed to gather the necessary items to help bring comfort to Code Blue
guests. Items obtained during this event include basic necessities (hygiene
products, etc.)
Stuff the Truck is an effort to
procure these items and help make the cold winter months a little brighter for
our less fortunate neighbors.

Our Goal:
To
help our homeless neighbors this coming winter by collecting backpacks with the
items they would need on a daily basis.
Why backpacks?:
It is hard to have items stored securely for
our guests, and it is also hard to carry bulky items long distances. While
fairly small, backpacks allow our guests the ability to carry what they need in
a secure fashion.
How can you help?:
Help us Stuff the Truck! This year we will be
organizing a backpack drive, and these backpacks will stuff the truck for our
homeless neighbors!!

If you would like to customize your backpack for a woman or man-
place a colored ribbon/bow (pink for female and blue for male) or purchase the
colored backpack to match the gender specified.
