Jen attends Calvary Chapel of Vineland where she enjoys serving on the worship
team and hugging everyone she can wrap her arms around. For the past twenty-
two years, she’s been employed with the State of New Jersey Judiciary, serving
for over a decade as a team leader in the Criminal Division. Since 2020, she’s
served as a Bible teacher at Mission Teens, an inpatient outreach and Bible
training center in Norma, NJ. Jen has run sixteen full marathons in fourteen
different states, including Alaska, between 2012 and 2022. Whether she’ll
complete all fifty states in her lifetime is still uncertain. It was once a goal, but
after some unexpected health setbacks, her focus centered on writing her first
work of fiction. Waiting at the Finish began as a therapeutic journey, but became
much more. Her book was published in November of 2022 and can be found on
Amazon and other online sites. Jen is in the process of writing her second novel,
The People Without Faces, with a goal of publishing early 2025. She and her
husband, Jeff, recently celebrated twenty-five years of marriage and will be
empty-nesters by the end of the summer as both children marry in July and
August, respectively. Jen’s other hobbies include camping, boating, water tubing,
fishing, hiking, skiing, rollerblading, hosting scavenger hunts and murder mystery
parties, reading, studying God’s word, and loving on people.
